Most Rev.Dr.Joseph Mar Thoma Metropolitan has inaugurated CARD (Christian Agency for Rural Development) 40th celebration –Vision ’50 held at St. Thomas MarThoma Church , Chalukunnu , Kottayam on 5th September 2018. Rt.Rev.Thomas Mar Timotheos Episcopa presided over the meeting.
