Very Rev. Saju C. Pappachan Ramban, Very Rev. Dr. Joseph Daniel Ramban and Very Rev. Mathew K. Chandy Ramban were consecrated as the Bishops of Mar Thoma Church, with the names Rt. Rev. Zacharias Mar Aprem Episcopa, Rt. Rev. Dr. Joseph Mar Ivanios Episcopa and Rt. Rev. Mathews Mar Seraphim Episcopa respectively. The service began at 7:30 AM on Saturday, 2nd December 2023, and was led by His Grace the Metropolitan. Rt. Rev. Thomas Mar Timotheos Episcopa delivered the devotional address. Rt. Rev. Dr. Euyakim Mar Coorilos Suffragan Metropolitan, Rt. Rev. Dr. Joseph Mar Barnabas Suffragan Metropolitan, Rt. Rev. Thomas Mar Timotheos Episcopa, Rt. Rev. Dr. Isaac Mar Philoxenos Episcopa, Rt. Rev. Dr. Abraham Mar Paulos Episcopa, Rt. Rev. Dr. Mathews Mar Makarios Episcopa, Rt. Rev. Dr. Gregorios Mar Stephanos Episcopa and Rt. Rev. Dr. Thomas Mar Theethos Episcopa assisted in the service held in the specially consecrated Madbaha at the SCS School ground, Tiruvalla. Rt. Rev. Thomas Mar Timotheos Episcopa delivered the devotional address.
Baselios Cardinal Cleemis Catholicos, Archbishop Joris Vercammen, Joseph Mar Gregorios Metropolitan, Cyril Mar Baselios Metropolitan, Mar Awgen Kuriakose Metropolitan, Yuhanon Mar Chrysostomos Metropolitan, Joshua Mar Ignatius, Abraham Mar Epiphanios, Samuel Mar Irenaeus, Bishop Thomas Samuel, Bishop Oommen George (CSI), Mathews Mar Silvanios and Rev. Ammanuel Benyamin Ghareeb (President – Kuwait National Evangelical Church Common Council) participated in the Service.
After the Consecration Service, a public meeting was held to felicitate the new Bishops at 11:45 AM at the same venue. Most Rev. Dr. Theodosius Mar Thoma Metropolitan presided over the meeting. Sabha Secretary extended a word of welcome and thanks to all. H.H. Baselios Mar Thoma Mathews III Catholicos delivered benedictory address. H.B. Baselios Cardinal Cleemis Catholicos delivered the Keynote Address. Archbishop Joris Vercammen, Joseph Mar Gregorios Metropolitan, Cyril Mar Baselios Metropolitan, Mar Awgen Kuriakose Metropolitan, Shri Panakkad Syed Sadiq Ali Shihab Thangal, Swami Gururethnam Jnana Thapaswi, Adv. Mathew T. Thomas, Padmashree Sosamma Iype felicitated the new Bishops. The Mangalapathram was presented to the Bishops by the Senior Vicar General, Sabha Secretary, Clergy Trustee, and Lay Trustee & Treasurer, respectively. The newly consecrated bishops gave reply speeches.

Pramod Narayan MLA, Shri. K.U. Jenish Kumar MLA, Shri. Chandy Oommen MLA, Justice Bechu Kurian Thomas (Kerala High Court), were also present.
